How to enter the Super One

To enter the Super One Series requires registration by the end of January each year.  The registration form is in the pane to the right on this page.  Registration in some classes may remain open after 31 January.  Alternatively guest drivers may be accepted from drivers who either hold an MSA competition licence or have a licence from an EU country that has the EU flag on it, in which case go to the Competitor Information / Forms page and select the entry form from the list.  You will also need to order tyres and fuel with the forms provided.  Drivers are also permitted from countries outside the EU with advance notice so that the event may be entered on the NEAFP international calendar, these drivers must register in the usual way but are not permitted to accumulate championship points, although they are eligible for trophies on the day.  They could also be one off guests.

The UK’s premier karting championship promotes the following national kart championships in three parallel series - 'MSA' for KF3, Super Cadet and Comer Cadet  and F. KGP and the TKM 2-stroke classes; Rotax Series for all Rotax classes plus Honda Cadet. There are two new classes for 2011.  Super Cadet and Formula KGP join in the MSA Series.

The 2011 regulations are available on the Competitor Information / Forms page, but please note the following:

The Super One Series continues to innovate.   From 2010, to help ensure clean driving standards and fair judicial judgements all competitors will be required to purchase an on-board camera (details and order form on the Forms page and this is optional in the TKM series).  By popular demand, video and TV coverage is being arranged for all three series.  There will be more officials than ever before, helping the competitors and teams to have an enjoyable and fair experience at the UK's premier national championship series and the introduction of Rookie and Masters prizes.   This does mean an increase in the entry fee, but in the context of an annual budget, along with the benefits of the TV coverage, it is hoped all competitors will understand the needs.  The promoters welcome you all to the series and hope you all have a great year in the Super One.

More details are on the 'About Super 1' pages.

All persons under 18 and in full time education MUST provide a letter of permission from their school, see regulation 2.2.3 and the following extract from the 2010 MSA Competitors Yearbook H.7.1 and W.1.1.3:
